Built by an accountant who lived the franchise model
Platinum Accounting Australia started in 2008 as a franchisee of a national accounting brand. When that brand closed in 2015, we became independent and kept serving our clients.
Running a franchise from the inside showed us what works and what doesn't. Tax clients are never standard, so in 2021 we built a licensing model instead.

Meet the founder
Coco Hou is the Founder and CEO of Platinum Accounting Australia and Platinum Professional Training. She has been a CPA for over 20 years and is a registered tax agent. She built the licensing model from her own experience running an accounting practice since 2008.
